At Centre Hospitalier Hôtel-Dieu de Gaspé, on June 30 2011, Mr. Alphonse Cotton, husband of dame Rolande Chouinard of Gaspé et autrefois à l'Anse-au-Griffon, , died at the age of 88 years and 7 months.

Besides his wife, heleaves behind 3 fils : Réjean (Chantal), Paul-Henri (Linda), Claude (Donna), 5 filles: Mathilde (Jean-Yves), Nicole (Paul), Line (Serge), Denise (Alain), Janique, 13 petits-enfants, 5 arrière petits-enfants, 5 soeurs, 1 frère, beaux-frères, belles-soeurs, neveux, nièce.

The funeral took place at l'église St-Joseph de l'Anse-au-Griffon, Monday July 4 2011The Funeral arrangements were entrusted .
